This is a great tour to do if you want to see the gorgeous sights of northern
Australia and if you are not afraid of crocodiles… To do this tour
you must be at a reasonable fitness level because there are a lot of hikes
and some of them are fairly strenuous. At the end of every long hike though,
there are amazing rivers to swim in. Each day is packed with hiking, swimming
and 4x4 driving with your groups. You will enjoy delicious barbecues every
night and have the option to sleep in swags or tents.
You get to go to a lot of places where there are crocodiles so make sure
you bring your camera… just make sure that you don’t get too
close! At the end of the tour your group will receive vouchers for free
dinner and drink specials, so everyone can have one more night out together
- take advantage of it! Groups range from 8-10 people.

areas and go on extremely beautiful rainforest walks. This is a nice relaxing
day and something that is well worth doing. Group size ranges from approximately

Fraser Island is another great tour that you won’t want to miss. It’s
the one island in Australia that is made completely of sand. You can’t
swim in the ocean due to the sharks, but the creeks and lakes on the island
are absolutely amazing.
A self-drive tour is the best bet, where you have no tour guide. It’s
just you and your group and you divide up the responsibilities amongst yourselves.
It’s a great way to get to know each other better. From there you
and your group plan your days… where you want to go, what you want
to do, who wants to drive, where you want to set camp, what you want to
cook for dinner etc. It’s a great trip to go out and have fun and

This is one of the best tours offered if you want to take in the best of
the Outback experience. You start the day heading off with your group to
your first destination - a camel ranch. Here you have the option to go on
a $5 camel ride, which is an experience you shouldn’t miss. Then you
continue on to Uluru where you will go on an enjoyable hike and learn all
about the different culture that is surrounding you in your new environment.
You then head back to your campsite to watch the sunset behind Ayers Rock
and enjoy a great barbecue. You will never forget the changing, exquisite
colours of the Rock as the sun goes down. When you go to bed in your swags
under the stars with nothing between you and the nature surrounding you,
you will really experience life in the outback.
Day 2 your group will rise bright and early to see the sunset at Ayers Rock
and then you take off for a nice long hike around the massive tourist attraction.
On day 3 the group heads to Kings Canyon. You enjoy a beautiful, challenging
hike here and get to cool off with a nice relaxing swim at one of the gorges.
Kings Canyon is like a miniature version of the Grand Canyon and is absolutely
breathtaking!
At the end of your day, when you arrive back into Alice Springs there is
a pizza party held for you and your group. It is definitely a great trip!
